1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and making a reservation at Chameli Devi Agrawal Sewa Sadan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment or a designated deposit is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and cash. All prices are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain the decorum of the Sewa Sadan. Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest will be charged to the guest's account.
- Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Loud music or noise that disturbs other guests is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
5. Liability
Chameli Devi Agrawal Sewa Sadan is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings or valuables left in the rooms or common areas. Guests are advised to use safety lockers if provided.
6. Use of Facilities
Use of the swimming pool (if available), restaurant, and other amenities is at the guest's own risk. Management reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in our registered city.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
